Various surveys have shown that the best way to frustrate your customers is to keep them waiting on the phone in a long queue with some muzak or provide an IVR experience which takes minutes to do the simplest thing. Lets be honest we have all experienced the ire bought on by "you are now the 15th person in the queue" or "Pardon, I did not understand - please try again" followed by slamming down the phone.

CSO-Auto is an extension to CSO which provides Automatic Order Generation capability to those customers for whom it is mutually beneficial. CSO-Auto automatically generates orders, or rather, Order Proposals, which are then reviewed - and possibly adjusted - by delivery analysts before being "released" to your ERP system.
